At the Hope and Faith Community Centre, our journey began with a vision deeply rooted in ministry, faith, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of women, children, and our community. We started by nurturing prayerful women and instilling the values of the Lord in children, grounded in the word of God.

As our mission evolved, we realized that our calling extended beyond spiritual guidance and prayer. We were inspired to put our faith into action by spreading the love of God through meaningful works that touch the lives of those in need.

Our Initiatives:

Prison Ministry: We reach out to incarcerated women and children, offering them support, guidance, and a path towards spiritual redemption and personal growth.

I BLEED freedom bag campaign: Period poverty is a pressing issue, and we are committed to fighting it. We provide essential supplies to ensure that women and girls have access to the hygiene products they need.

Skills Development: We teach women how to “fish” rather than simply providing handouts. Through small-scale projects in knitting, farming, and baking, we empower women with the skills and knowledge to become self-sufficient.

Early Childhood Education: We believe in nurturing young minds from both a biblical and educational perspective. Our Early Child Development Center and primary school offer a strong foundation for the future leaders of our community.

Hope and Faith Community Centre: Our dream is becoming a reality in Bocha Mutare, where the Mothers on Ministry Mission for Yeshua (MOMMY) were granted land. We have been diligently renovating a once-dilapidated house, constructing essential facilities, and were granted approval to establish an educational institution.

Despite our efforts, financial constraints have posed challenges. We were on the cusp of opening our school in January 2023 but faced delays due to a lack of funds.

However, in 2023, our prayers were answered when a Zimbabwe-based company, West Prop Holdings recognized the significance of our work. They generously drilled a borehole, ensuring access to clean water. The initial drilling covered 40 meters, but we encountered a rock layer, necessitating an additional 10 meters of drilling. We are now actively fundraising to complete this crucial project.
